Details : 100% de-stemming, 12 days wooden vat maceration, thermoregulation, treading, 18 months oak barrels.

TASTING

Rich in colour, these wines are fresh and elegant, presenting a medium-full body. This ‘village' wine is not robust or rustic but has much spice, red fruit, style and depth. To be tasted young or aged up to 10+ years.
