WINE MAKING
Vinification Details: Fermentation 17° in wooden vats, agitation of the lees once a week for 6 months during the malolactic fermentation, 12 months ageing in oak barrels. Fined and filtered before bottling.
TASTING
Perfumed bouquet, evoking bitter almonds, dry leaves, warm bread crust and apples. Round and unctuous, with a long finish. The buttery palette stays long and finishes smoothly. Serve slightly chilled, not cold.
