Harmonious and elegant, with a deep intense color. Strong bouquet of red fruit such as black cherry and blackberry. Concentrated and complex from start to finish.. Ample and chewy, well balanced tannins and discrete acidity. Noble.

Sautéed fresh duck foie gras (raw duck liver) with a red wine maple syrup sauce with roasted figs, roasted quail stuffed with wild rice and dates, oysters ‘Rockefeller, sautéed sweetbreads, roasted capon with morel mushrooms and cream.
